1. Terms and Conditions
Welcome to GoIndiaStocks (www.goindiastocks.com), operated by GoIndia Advisors LLP. By accessing or using the website, our apps, our WhatsApp alerts, our AI tools, our Excel Add-in or our connectors, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "GoIndiaStocks" mean GoIndia Advisors LLP. "You" means the person or entity using the service.
1.1 What we are — and what we are not
GoIndiaStocks is a research, data and analysis platform. Everything on it — data, screens, models, notes, alerts and AI-generated output — is for information and education only.
- We are not giving you personalised investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or an offer of any financial instrument.
- We do not know your financial position, risk appetite, tax situation or investment goals, and nothing we publish is tailored to them.
- We are registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000020040). Registration with SEBI does not guarantee the performance of any security or returns to any investor.
- Securities investments are subject to market risk. Read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Please make your own decisions, or consult a registered investment adviser.
Our other business: GoIndia Advisors LLP also runs an Investor Relations business and works with listed companies. Our employees and the firm may hold positions in companies covered on the platform. Disclosures are made where required.
1.2 Your account
- Keep your login credentials, API keys and connector tokens confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One subscription is for one user. Do not share your account, credentials or tokens with anyone else, inside or outside your organisation. Team and institutional access is available — ask us.
- Give us accurate details when you sign up, including a working email and (if you want alerts) a working mobile number.
- Tell us promptly at hello@goindiaadvisors.com if you think your account has been compromised.
1.3 Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the plan period. Prices are shown on the site and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Features differ by plan. We may add, change or move features between plans. If we materially reduce what you have paid for during your current plan period, write to us and we will work it out.
- Some features are usage-limited and pay-per-use (for example, AI queries, alert volumes or API calls). Limits are shown in the product or in your plan details. For pay-per-use queries and alerts — deduction will happen from the wallet.
1.4 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you;
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract our data, whether manually, through automated scripts, through our connectors or through an AI agent;
- resell, redistribute, sub-licence or publish our data or outputs, or use them to build or train a competing dataset, product or model;
- share, resell or provide access to your account, credentials, API keys or connector tokens;
- circumvent rate limits, paywalls, access controls or usage caps;
- reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its security or operation;
- upload or submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that is unlawful, infringing or malicious.
We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
1.5 Intellectual property
All content on the platform (text, data compilations, screens, models, graphics, logos, software, AI prompts and workflows) belongs to GoIndia Advisors LLP or our suppliers, and is protected by law.
What you may do: use the platform and its outputs for your own internal research and investment decisions, including inside your firm where your plan allows it.
What you may not do: republish, redistribute or commercially exploit our content, or present it as your own. Short quotations with clear credit to GoIndiaStocks are fine.
1.6 Data accuracy
Much of our data comes from public sources — exchange filings, company disclosures, regulatory websites and third-party vendors. We believe these sources are reliable and we work hard on data quality, but:
- we do not guarantee that any figure, filing, alert or calculation is accurate, complete or up to date;
- data is subject to revision and to change without notice;
- derived numbers (ratios, valuation multiples, models, sentiment scores) depend on definitions and assumptions we have chosen, which may differ from yours or from a company's own reporting;
- before you act on any number, verify it against the primary source.
1.7 Third-party links and services
The platform contains links to external sites, and depends on third-party services (cloud hosting, data vendors, payment gateways, WhatsApp, AI model providers). We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and are not liable for what they do or fail to do. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.
1.8 Availability
We aim to keep the service running well, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be down for maintenance, may break, or may be changed or discontinued. Unless we have signed a separate agreement with you that says otherwise, there is no uptime commitment or service credit.
1.9 No warranty
The platform and all its features — including alerts, AI outputs and connectors — are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
1.10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
- this includes losses caused by inaccurate data, a delayed alert, a missed alert, an alert that never arrived, or an incorrect AI-generated answer;
- our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
1.11 Termination
You can stop using the service at any time (see the Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the platform, alerts, AI features and connectors ends immediately.
1.12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
1.13 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
2. WhatsApp & Email Alerts
We offer alerts on WhatsApp & Email — for example, results and earnings updates, corporate announcements, bulk and block deals, insider trades, corporate actions and watchlist events. This section applies if you use them.
2.1 Opt-in and opt-out
- Alerts are opt-in. You will only receive them if you have given us your mobile number and asked for them.
- By opting in, you consent to receive messages from us on WhatsApp at that number, and you confirm the number belongs to you.
- You can opt out at any time — turn alerts off in your account settings; opting out may take up to 48 hours to take effect for messages already queued.
- Opting out of alerts does not cancel your subscription, and cancelling your subscription stops your alerts.
2.2 What alerts are
Alerts are automated notifications drawn from exchange filings, company disclosures and market data. They are short summaries designed to save you time.
- Alerts are not investment advice, and are not a recommendation to trade.
- Alerts are not a substitute for the original filing. Always read the source document before acting.
- Alert content is generated automatically, sometimes with AI summarisation. It may be incomplete, mis-tagged or wrong.
2.3 Delivery is best-effort
Alerts depend on the exchanges publishing data, on our systems processing it, and on WhatsApp delivering it. Any of these can fail or lag.
- We do not guarantee that an alert will be sent, will arrive, or will arrive within any particular time.
- Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, out of order, or missed entirely.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from a delayed, missing, duplicated or incorrect alert. Please do not build a trading process that depends on our alerts being timely or complete.
2.4 WhatsApp & Emails are third party
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Email domain will be person specific and will be operated either by your entity or a third-party service. Delivery is subject to those third-party terms, policies and technical rules, including template message rules and the 24-hour customer service window. If Meta blocks, rate-limits or restricts our messaging, alerts may stop. Standard data charges from your carrier may apply.
2.5 Alert volumes and coverage
Which alerts you receive, for how many companies, and at what frequency depends on your plan and your watchlist. We may cap volumes to keep the service stable and to stay within WhatsApp's limits.
2.6 Keep your number current
If you change your mobile number, update it in your account. If a number is reassigned by your carrier, alerts may reach someone else — we cannot know that and are not responsible for it.
3. AI Features
The platform includes AI-powered features — for example DataGPT, BrokerGPT, PresentationGPT, StockInsta, Custom Workflows, our Excel Add-in tools, AI summaries and any AI-generated research or model output ("AI Features").
3.1 AI output can be wrong
This is the most important thing in this section.
- AI Features generate text, numbers and analysis automatically. They can be confidently wrong. They can misread a filing, mis-state a figure, mix up companies or periods, or invent something that looks plausible.
- Every number matters in this business. Verify every AI-generated figure against the underlying data or the original filing before you use it, quote it, or act on it.
- AI output is not reviewed by a human analyst before it reaches you unless we clearly say so.
- Two users asking the same question may get different answers. The same question asked twice may give different answers. Two models may answer very differently to the same question.
3.2 AI output is not advice
AI Features are research and productivity tools. Their output is information and education only, not personalised investment advice, and not a recommendation from GoIndiaStocks or from any research analyst. Section 1.1 applies in full.
3.3 How your inputs are handled
- Your prompts, questions, uploaded files and the resulting outputs are processed by us and by third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf.
- This means your inputs leave our systems and are sent to those providers for processing. Please do not enter confidential, price-sensitive, personal or client-identifying information into AI Features, and do not upload documents you are not permitted to share.
- We may store your prompts and outputs to run the service, debug problems, enforce these Terms, monitor abuse and improve our products. Where we use them to improve our own products, we aggregate or de-identify them wherever practical.
3.4 Ownership of AI output
- You may use AI output for your own internal research, subject to Section 1.5.
- We do not claim ownership of your prompts.
- AI output is not unique to you. Other users may receive similar or identical output. You cannot claim exclusivity over it.
- If you publish anything derived from AI output, you are responsible for it — including checking it is accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights.
3.5 Usage limits and changes
- AI Features are subject to fair-use and usage limits based on your plan. We may throttle or pause access if usage is abnormal or looks automated.
- The underlying AI models, providers, prompts and behaviour will change over time, sometimes without notice. Output quality and style may change with them.
- We may add, change, price separately, or withdraw any AI Feature.
3.6 What you must not do with AI Features
- Do not use them to extract our database in bulk, or to build a competing dataset, product or model.
- Do not use them to generate anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or market-manipulative.
- Do not present AI output as independent human research, or as SEBI-registered research analyst advice.
- Do not connect AI Features to automated order placement without independent human verification of the data. If you do it anyway, that is entirely your risk.
4. Connector & API Access (MCP)
We offer a connector that lets AI models and other tools query our database directly — including via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Excel Add-in and others. This section applies if you use any of them.
4.1 Licence
Subject to your plan and these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the connector to access our data for your own internal research.
4.2 Credentials
- Your connector token, API key or client credentials are personal to you. Do not share them, publish them, commit them to a public repository, or embed them in a product used by others.
- You are responsible for every query made with your credentials, whether you made it or an AI agent did.
- If your credentials leak, tell us immediately and we will rotate them.
4.3 Limits and fair use
- Access is subject to rate limits, query limits and data-volume limits based on your plan.
- Do not use the connector to systematically replicate, mirror, cache or export our database. Pulling data as needed for your research is fine; pulling it to build your own copy is not.
- We monitor usage patterns. We may throttle, suspend or terminate access for excessive, automated or abusive use.
4.4 You are responsible for the AI client you use it with
- The connector is designed to be used with third-party AI models and tools. Those tools are not ours. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and they may store or process the data our connector returns. Any paid subscription needed for third-party tool will be user's responsibility.
- Before you connect, satisfy yourself that the tool you are using handles our data in a way you are comfortable with and that your plan permits.
- An AI assistant may ask the connector for the wrong data, misread what comes back, or combine numbers incorrectly. The data quality caveats in Section 1.6 and the AI caveats in Section 3.1 both apply — and they compound. Verify before you use anything.
4.5 Changes to the connector
The connector is an evolving product. Schemas, table and field names, tool definitions, response formats, endpoints and limits may change, sometimes with little notice. We will try to flag breaking changes in advance, but we do not guarantee backward compatibility. Anything you build on top of the connector, you maintain.
4.6 No uptime commitment
Unless we have signed a separate agreement with you, connector and API access is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee, no support SLA and no service credits.
4.7 Redistribution
You may not expose our data through the connector to people who are not covered by your subscription — for example, by wrapping it in an app, bot, newsletter, dashboard or service that others can use. If you want to do something like that, talk to us about a data licence.
5. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
5.1 What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, mobile number, company or firm name, billing details, and your plan.
- Mobile number: collected if you sign up for WhatsApp alerts, or to verify your account.
- Usage data: pages and screens you visit, features you use, searches and filters you run, device and browser information, IP address, and log data.
- AI inputs and outputs: the prompts, questions and files you submit to AI Features, and the responses generated.
- Connector activity: the queries made using your credentials and metadata about them.
- Your content: watchlists, portfolios, notes and team settings you create.
- Payment information: handled by our payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.
5.2 Why we use it
- To provide and operate the platform, including delivering alerts to your WhatsApp number and running AI Features.
- To process payments, send invoices and manage your subscription.
- To support you when you write in.
- To improve the platform — understanding what people use, fixing bugs, improving data quality and AI output quality.
- To keep the service secure, enforce these Terms and prevent abuse.
- To send you service messages (billing, changes to terms, downtime).
- To send you marketing about our products, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5.3 Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your personal information.
We do share it with service providers who help us run the platform, and only for that purpose:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
- AI model providers, who process your AI prompts and connector queries;
- WhatsApp / Meta, to deliver your alerts to your number;
- payment gateways, for billing;
- analytics, email and customer support tools.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to — for example, to SEBI, a court, or a law enforcement agency.
Some of these providers process data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected.
5.4 Retention
We keep your account information while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax, audit and regulatory record-keeping (including SEBI research analyst record-keeping requirements). Usage logs, AI prompts and connector logs are kept for a shorter period — normally 12 months — unless we need them longer to investigate abuse or comply with the law.
5.5 Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, credential rotation — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.
5.6 Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing messages;
- stop sending you WhatsApp alerts.
Write to hello@goindiaadvisors.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
5.7 Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies in your browser, though some features may not work properly without them.
5.8 Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
5.9 Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version here with an updated date, and notify you if the change is significant.
6. Refund Policy
We work hard to make the platform worth paying for. Please use the free tier and any trial to check the platform suits you before subscribing.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a plan period, unless stated otherwise below or required by law.
- If you were charged in error, or charged twice, write to us and we will refund the incorrect amount.
- If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period through no fault of yours, contact us and we will look at a credit or pro-rata refund case by case.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
- Usage-based charges and consumed AI credits are not refundable.
- Taxes already remitted may not be refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends — along with alerts, AI Features and connector access.
- Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the remaining period. See the Refund Policy above.
- If you are cancelling because of data quality or service issues, please tell us what went wrong. We read all of it and it genuinely shapes what we fix.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes take effect when posted here.
